From the A12
Driving north from Lowestoft, the dual carriageway will end at the southern outskirts of Gorleston with the district hospital on your left hand side, Travel through two sets of traffic lights to the roundabout, take the second exit, travel to the next roundabout, take the second exit and travel to the next junction, turn left then first right, this is Clarence Road and we are three quarters of the way down on the left hand side

 

From the A47
Driving east from Norwich, you will arrive at the outskirts of Great Yarmouth with the Vauxhall Holiday Park on your left hand side, at the roundabout take the third exit (A12 to Lowestoft) carry on over the lift bridge. Go straight across the next two roundabouts staying on the A12. At the third roundabout, take the first exit, at the next junction turn left then first right, this is Clarence Road and we are three quarters of the way down on the left hand side
